This is NOT a VA Website

This is not a VA website. The Department of Veterans Affairs website is:

http://www.VA.gov (Note that you must include the ‘www’ if you type the address into your browser.)

Nothing against the VA website, of course. In fact, the VA has been upgrading their website and it is much better than it used to be.

Here are some links to information of interest to Veterans and their families on the VA website:

VA Benefits

The Veterans Benefits Administration website provides abundant, very helpful, and well-organized information about all types of benefits available to veterans of the United States armed forces:  www.Benefits.VA.gov

VA Health Care

Most U.S. military veterans are eligible for free or low-cost health care at VA medical centers and community-based outpatient clinics:  www.VA.gov/health

Vet Centers

Vet Centers are part of the VA, but they are located separately from the VA medical centers and outpatient clinics. Vet Centers  provide free readjustment counseling for combat veterans, MST survivors, and their family members:  www.VetCenter.VA.gov
